Toby is riding his bike in the Wounded Warrior "Faces of America" Bike Ride in Washington D.C. today with my good friend and Valour IT guru Major Chuck Ziegenfuss. Hope the weather is good for these great inspiring heroes. God speed Toby and Chuck!!!

Here's a nice letter we got yesterday......
We are the N.s. Over the past few years we have corresponded and sent packages to over a dozen deployed soldiers. We received the contact information through your organization. When one of our soldiers returned from Iraq after his first deployment his wife contacted us and invited us to his homecoming at Camp Pendelton. That was over three years ago. Since then, his family has become a part of our family. This past weekend we hosted a surprise birthday party for his wife at our home and we were honored to have their friends spend time here once again. We played games and had contests - once of which was to guess the number of soldiers angels gold coins which were in a glass container. Two of the warriors, one of whom has received the purple heart, had recently returned from a rehab program for soldiers suffering from PTSD. They couldn't say enough about how thrilled they were to receive the blankets and other items that your organization had provided to them. They were so humbled by your support and so appreciative. These two guys just wanted to take a handful of the coins with them to share with their buddies. My husband and I have also been so grateful to be able to communicate with these soldiers while they are deployed and to offer their families support. The work that you do is so critical; especially with the endless negative drumbeat of the media against our military. We thought you would appreciate knowing that it's working, it's valued and appreciated.
